The Notary Office of Praxitelis Ioannidis ( hereinafter Notary Office ) places special emphasis on the protection of the personal data of those who transact with it. The Notary Office owner of the website www.77000.gr undertakes all business cases within the scope of the Notary’s competence in accordance with the Greek law. This Personal Data Protection Policy concerns the Notary Office of Praxitelis Ioannidis ( hereinafter Notary Office ) and the data collected by the Notary Office for natural persons, companies and other entities are not included in the purpose of this policy.

The Notary Office is responsible for the website www.77000.gr which is the website of the Notary Office. The personal data you fill in on our website ( e-mail address ) in order to contact you, are subject to processing and will be kept in a file under the responsibility of our Notary Office.

However, in the event that your request is complex or there is a large number of requests, we will inform you within the month if we need to obtain an extension of another two ( 2 ) months within which we will respond.

However, in the event that your requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, especially due to their repetitive nature, the Notary Office may impose a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs for providing the information or performing the requested action, or refuse to proceed with the request.
